The warehouse is mostly shut now until the 4th - postal services aren't available reliably between now and then so they take this opportunity to go home and catch a break.
I'll be keeping an eye on the inbox for the usual queries - no, we can't deliver things any faster, yes, you can do a return, yes, I can help with sizes - but I will also be spending a lot of time asleep, so don't panic if you don't get an immediate response.
